Scenarios, not fiction
Forty industry scenarios for UAE growth systems. Every one is illustrative — none is a client engagement, and the numbers are planning bands rather than audited outcomes. They exist because a worked example beats a capability deck when you are trying to scope something.
How to read these
Each scenario opens with the structural problems that make “get us more leads” the wrong first request, then runs the same ninety-day arc. Ninety days is long enough to install measurement and learn something, short enough to force focus. The pattern is the transferable part — the specifics change with the business.
Constants across all forty: the money metric is defined in AED before anything is spent; WhatsApp and calls are tracked as conversions, because in this market a lot of buyers never fill in a form; creative is local rather than a global template with a skyline dropped in; and capacity is checked before spend is scaled, because leads nobody answers are worse than no leads. The client always owns pricing, fulfilment quality and final approval on regulated claims.
