Data gaps and conflicts
No official UAE series publishes SME marketing budgets, percentage of revenue spent on marketing, channel-level ad spend, CAC, or agency use. The latest federal SME count is for 2022, and the Ministry's 558,000 total differs from the ministerial 557,000 statement. The only government channel-use survey covers 2020. GoDaddy's digital customer base and RAKBANK's banking panel produce conflicting online-sales rates, so both retain their original scope.
